  • Job Responsibilities
    • Deliver samples to existing and new customers, fill customer’s orders, and provide excellent customer service
    • Establish a network of contact for sales opportunities
    • Establish and build relationships
    • Organize leads and follow up with potential customers
    • Periodically attend to domestic or international trade shows
    • Grows revenue and profitability by developing new business and maintaining existing customer base
    • Performs pre and post sales and support activities that impact revenue targets
    • Works to establish long term relationships with customer through outbound and incoming calls. Makes customer visits on an occasional basis, when necessary to develop or secure significant opportunities
    • Make sells to existing customer account base by following a discipline of contacting assigned accounts on a daily basis
    • Achieves specific monthly revenue and gross profit sales targets
    • Works with manager to negotiate non-standard pricing for the customer when necessary to remain competitive
    • Documents all outbound and incoming calls and assigns appropriate follow-up
    • Update and maintains account history and daily activity records
    • Promote new products and any special deals

  • Requeriments
    • Sales experience is not necessary, but prefered
